5i Solutions, Inc. Acquires DATANET Imaging Systems

5i Solutions, Inc. announced today the purchase of privately held DATANET imaging systems (Toronto, Ontario), an industry-leading provider of document management, agenda and minutes automation software designed specifically for government.
